Club Officer Registration Open for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 114 (Fall 2025)

Registration Period (System Open): From December 1, 2025 to February 26, 2026 (Thursday)

Instructions:

  1. Mandatory Registration: Club leaders must register their officers' details via the "Club Portfolio" (社團履歷) function in the Club System within the designated period.

    • Late submissions will not be accepted, and eligibility will be forfeited.

  2. Accuracy Check: Please ensure the accuracy of the officers' "Position Titles". Avoid typos or spelling errors.

  3. Officer Quota & Exceptions:

    • In principle, each club is limited to 12 officers. Please do not inflate the numbers.

    • Special Circumstances: If a club requires more than 12 officers for valid reasons (e.g., Departmental Student Associations that include team captains), you must submit an Online Report via the Club System by December 31, 2025 (Wednesday).

    • The report must detail the division of duties and performance metrics. (Approval is based on the report submitted for the current semester; applications cannot be carried over from previous semesters.)

  4. User Guides: For system operation instructions, please refer to the attachment "Club Portfolio - Club Officer Registration Guide" or see "Reference Guide 6" in the Facebook group "天兵送公文:清華社團大亂鬥".

  5. Prerequisites for Officers: Students to be registered as officers must have previously logged into the Club System and joined the club as a member to activate these functions.

    • Path: Academic Information System (校務資訊系統) → Other Campus Systems (校內其他系統) → NTHU Club Management System (清大社團管理系統) → Join Club (加入社團).
