2025 Tsing Hua Win – Club Officer Training Activity Guide

What is "Tsing Hua Win"? Is participation mandatory?

"Tsing Hua Win" (清華贏) is a training program for student club officers organized by the Division of Student Activities (DSA).

According to Article 18 of the NTHU Regulations for Student Club Guidance, the DSA shall organize training activities for club officers during the academic year. The person in charge (President) of each registered club must appoint relevant officers to represent the club at these training sessions. If no officers are appointed, the President must attend in person.

Therefore, participating in the Club Officer Training (Tsing Hua Win) is a mandatory obligation for all clubs.

Rules & Requirements

The 2025 Tsing Hua Win consists of a Club Knowledge Quiz (Google Form) and 10 Officer Training Courses (Lectures).

To complete the mandatory training for the 114th Academic Year (2025-2026), a club must complete the quiz AND attend at least 5 courses within the designated period.

  • Club Knowledge Quiz: The club must appoint one representative to take the quiz. Completion is acknowledged upon submission (you will receive a response receipt and can view your score). Only the first submission counts towards the club's score.

  • Officer Training Courses: There are 10 sessions in total. The club must appoint representatives to attend at least 5 sessions. Multiple representatives can attend a single session.

※ Incentives:

To encourage participation, extra rewards are available:

  1. Bonus "Paper Money": If a club attends more than 5 sessions, the club will receive 1,000 NTD in "Paper Money" (virtual currency in the Club System) for every additional session attended.

  2. Special Reward: Clubs that complete all 10 sessions will receive a special prize!

FAQ

Q1: What if I didn't register for a course? Can I still join?

A: Yes. Participation is tracked via the Sign-in/Sign-out forms, not the registration system. As long as there is space (online sessions have no limit), you can attend and sign in. Late registration is not open because it's not necessary.

Q2: Where is the Google Meet link?

A: Presidents can find it in Club System > Camp Registration > Camp Info [Browse]. If you are not the president or assigned, search for the Facebook Group "天兵送公文:清華社團大亂鬥" and check the pinned posts/links.

Q3: The link won't open. What should I do?

A:

  1. Ensure your Google Meet app is updated.

  2. Copy and paste the full link into your browser.

  3. If it fails, copy the Meeting Code and enter it directly into Google Meet.

Q4: I'm stuck in the "Waiting to join" screen.

A: The meeting room is set to auto-accept once the host starts it. You do not need specific approval. If you are stuck, it's likely a wrong link or poor internet connection. Please retry.
