[Call for Submissions] New Digital Bulletin Board at Mon Man Wei Building

The Division of Student Activities (DSA) has installed a new digital bulletin board on the 1st floor of the Student Activity Center (Mon Man Wei Building). Student clubs are welcome to submit content for promotion! 👏

 


DSA Digital Bulletin Board Application Rules

1. Content Scope: Content is limited to on-campus academic, administrative, arts/cultural, student, and alumni activities. Content violating public decency, or related to elections, political parties, religion, commercial purposes, or purely private advertisements will not be displayed.

2. Eligible Applicants: On-campus teaching/research units, administrative units, and legally registered NTHU student clubs.

3. Management Unit: The Division of Student Activities (DSA), Office of Student Affairs. The DSA handles applications, reviews, broadcasting, and hardware/software maintenance, and reserves the right to screen messages.

4. Application Deadline: Applications for the following week must be submitted by Thursday at 11:59 PM. Please submit your application at least one week prior to the event.

5. Display Period: Content will be displayed starting the week after the application date. The maximum display duration is two weeks. For government policy promotions, the duration must not exceed five days.

6. Location: 1st Floor Hallway, Student Activity Center (Mon Man Wei Building), Main Campus.

7. Management Principles:

  • (1) Cycle time: Daily from 07:00 to 23:00 (paused during building closures).

  • (2) Quota: Maximum 2 posts per unit per week. Applications exceeding this limit will only have the first two processed.

  • (3) Traffic Control: If there are too many messages, DSA may remove posts early, adjust frequency, or pause display in the following order:

    1. Non-urgent recreational promotions or activities.

    2. Non-urgent administrative promotions or activities.

8. Modifications: Due to technical or operational needs, the DSA may request applicants to modify (or delete) text, graphics, or logos that are too complex or inappropriate. Applicants must comply without objection.

9. Copyright & Liability: Applicants are solely responsible for any copyright infringement or other legal violations involving their content, including all legal liabilities, compensation, and associated costs. The DSA assumes no legal or financial liability.

10. Final Authority: The DSA reserves the right to approve or reject usage. Any changes to these rules will be announced on the DSA website.

  3. Resolution: Max 96 dpi

  4. File Type: JPG, JPEG, or PNG only

  5. Filename: End Date of Display (ROC Year Format) + Event Name

    • (Example: "1141225 Dance Club Performance" for an end date of Dec 25, 2025)

※ Applications that do not meet the above formats or contain images pasted directly into the email body will be rejected without further notice.
