【Important】2025 New Student Clubs Establishment and Registration Announcement(Application Period: 2025/4/1~2025/4/25)

 

Application for New Student Clubs for the 114 Academic Year (2025)

Applications for the establishment of new student clubs must be submitted in accordance with Chapter 2, "Starting A Club," of the National Tsing Hua University Regulations for the Supervision of Student Club Activities. Late submissions will not be accepted. 

 

Application Period:

  • Submission of hard copies: April 1, 2025 (Tue) – April 25, 2025 (Fri) by 16:00 
  • Review and Approval: By May 31, 2025

 

Required Documents for Submission:

1. Application Form for Club Registration 

2. Registration Form for Student Club Activity 

3. Annual Activity Plans 

4. National Tsing Hua University Description Form of the Club Instructor

(4.1) National Tsing Hua University Student Club Supervising Instructor Consent

(4.2) National Tsing Hua University Club Instructor Declaration

5. Description Form of the Club Leader

6. Draft charter for organization details (A4 vertical format)

Note: The charter must comply with Article 8 of Chapter 2 in the National Tsing Hua University Regulations for the Supervision of Student Club Activities.

7. Medium 3-year development plan (A4 vertical format)
